摘要
知识结构合理的专业化教师队伍是中小学劳动教育开展的关键。基于教师知识分类框架的分析,中小学劳动教育教师应该具备劳动教育基本原理知识、学习者知识、教学资源开发与设计知识、教学方法知识、教学评价知识、教学管理知识、信息技术知识以及整合技术的学科教学知识。可通过开设劳动教育专业、建立劳动教育实践场所、加强劳动教育培训和构建劳动教育教研学共同体等方式来发展中小学劳动教育教师的知识构成。
Professional teachers with reasonable knowledge structure are the key to the development of labor education in primary and secondary schools.Based on analysis of knowledge classification framework,teachers of labor education in primary and middle schools should possess the knowledge of basic principles of labor education,learner's,teaching resource development and design,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,teaching management,information technology and technological pedagogical content.The knowledge constitution of primary and secondary school labor education teachers can be developed by setting up labor education specialty,establishing labor education practice place,strengthening labor education training and constructing the labor education research community.
