一种新型空气冷却器漏水检测隔离系统

摘要 水电站发电机上的空气冷却器因其结构及制造原因均存在渗漏隐患,且难以有效检测和防范。为此,开发了一种新型空气冷却器漏水检测隔离系统,通过就地和后台监控告警,提醒机组运行人员,自动隔离漏水故障设备,从而可以避免发电机烧毁,防止设备重大事故,减少运营成本。应用结果表明,该系统能够及时、准确可靠地检测、定位、并解决空气冷却器漏水,保障水轮发电机组长期安全稳定运行。 The air cooler installed in generators in hydropower stations is of potential leakage risk due to its structure and manufacturing,which is usually difficult to detect and prevent.Thus,a novel leakage detection and isolation system for air cooler is developed.The system can warn the unit operators of the leakage problem with local and background monitoring and alarm,and automatically isolate the leaking device,so as to avoid the burnout of the generator,prevent major equipment accidents and also reduce the operation cost.Practical operation shows that the system can detect,locate and solve the water leakage problem of the air cooler timely,accurately and reliably,thus ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of the hydro-turbine generator unit.
