摘要
以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷(D3F)和1,1,3,3-四甲基-1,3-二[3-(环氧乙基甲氧基)丙基]二硅氧烷(MTMS)为原料,合成了端环氧基含氟聚硅氧烷,再与端氨基超支化聚酰胺(HPN10)反应,合成了具有增深、拒水、拒油性能的多功能整理剂HBFSO。整理织物的K/S值提升率为29.58%,接触角由98.6°增大至121.5°,拒水性能为90分,拒油性能为5级,赋予了织物良好的增深效果与拒水拒油效果。水洗15次后,织物的K/S值提升率为24.06%,拒水性为80分,拒油性为4级,表明整理效果具有较好的耐洗性。
The epoxy-terminated fluorine-containing polysiloxane was synthesized using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D;), trifluoropropylmethylcyclot-risiloxane(D;F) and 1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-1,3-bis[3-(epoxy Ethyl methoxy) propyl] disiloxane(MTMS) as raw material, and then reacted with amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide(HPN10) to synthesize a multifunctional finishing agent HBFSO with the properties of deepening, water repellency and oil repellency. The K/S value increase rate of the finished fabric is 29.58%, the contact angle increases from 98.6° to 121.5°, the water repellency is 90 points, and the oil repellency is level 5, giving the fabric a good deepening effect and water and oil repellent effect. After washing 15 times, the K/S value increase rate of the fabric is 24.06%, the water repellency is 80 points, and the oil repellency is level 4, indicating that the finishing effect has good washing resistance.
