With the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,this paper reviews the breakthroughs and progress made in talent team construction,nursing management and nursing discipline in the development of nursing career in Zunyi,enlightens nursing workers to deeply remember their glorious mission and arduous responsibilities,and provides reference for comprehensively promoting the high-quality development of nursing career.
