“医院-社区-家庭”三元联动心脑血管疾病健康科普的实践与效果评价

The effects of"hospital-community-family"ternary linkage health education of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

目的:构建“医院-社区-家庭”三元联动心脑血管疾病健康科普模式,分析其实施效果。方法:以三级医院心脑血管科普基地为核心,构建“医院-社区-家庭”三元联动方案进行心脑血管疾病健康科普优质资源共享,包括心脑血管疾病理论知识培训、心肺复苏急救技术培训和居家自我管理能力培训等。结果:科普后大众的心脑血管疾病理论知识知晓率、心肺复苏技术掌握率显著增高,心脑血管疾病居家患者自我管理能力显著增强,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:“医院-社区-家庭”三元联动开展心脑血管疾病健康科普可实现优质科普资源有效下沉,从而达到提升大众心脑血管疾病的防治能力、提高院外心血管意外事件的抢救成功率、改善患者预后的科普效果,具有一定的可推广性。

Objective:To establish a"hospital-community-family"ternary linkage cardio-cerebrovascular disease health education model,and to evaluate the effects of this model.Methods:The"hospital-community-family"ternary linkage health education program was developed based on the cardio-cerebrovascular health education base of a tertiary hospital.The high-quality resources were shared including cardiovascular disease knowledge training,CPR first aid skill training,and self-management skills training.Results:After the health education,knowledge of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques were significantly improved.The self-management ability of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases at home was significantly enhanced(P<0.001).Conclusion:The"hospital-community-family"ternary linkage of health education on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases can facilitate the high-quality resources sharing.The program can improve public's ability to prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,increase the success rate of rescue of cardiovascular accidents outside the hospital,and improve the prognosis of patients.The program is worthy of being promoted in the future.
