摘要
为充分挖掘老年劳动力资源,论文筛选出中国综合社会调查(CGSS)2015年度居民调查数据中的低龄老年人样本,并将其按城市和农村分类,运用logit模型回归,研究发现我国仍有相当比例的低龄老年人选择了就业,就业的意愿取决于老年人个人因素中的年龄、性别和健康水平。同时,在不同户籍的选择下,是否参加社保、家庭拥有子女数对于低龄老年人是否就业的影响也不尽相同。基于实证分析,我们认为政府应当从提高城镇低龄老年人就业积极性、发展老年教育和老年人就业技能培训方面来促进低龄老年人就业。
In order to fully explore the resources of the elderly labor force,this article screened out the samples of the younger elderly in the 2015 China Comprehensive Social Survey(CGSS)Resident Survey data,and classifies them into urban and rural ones,makes regression with logit model,and then concludes that a considerable proportion of the younger elderly people have been working in China.Whether to work or not depends on their ages,genders and health.At the same time,under different household registrations,whether to participate in social security and the number of children in the family have different impacts on their decisions to work or not.Based on the empirical analysis,this article believes that the government should promote the employment of the younger elderly people by improving the employment enthusiasm of the urban younger elderly people and developing aging education and skills training.
