摘要
快速城市化推动了经济和社会发展,但也导致了建筑能源消耗的持续增长。如何在满足人们日益增长的对建筑使用舒适性需求的同时,控制建筑用能的增长,实现节能和减排目标,具有非常重要的意义。城市建筑能源需求的准确量化能够为城市节能设计提供支撑,辅助城市形态生成和优化、建筑布局优化、建筑形体和构造设计、能源系统优化、能源计划和节能政策评估。近年来,国内外研究人员从不同角度开展了城市尺度的建筑群能耗计算方法研究和实践应用,也遇到了不同的技术难点。本研究对城市建筑群能耗计算的相关研究从以下三个方面进行综述:数据、模型和平台。通过文献综述,作者旨在指出当前的城市建筑群能耗计算方法的优势和局限,并提出以下几种可能的途径来提升城市能源计算方法:研发能够直接应用于城市建筑群能耗计算的微环境数据生成方法;结合数据挖掘技术,提升建筑信息数据的采集、过滤、转换能力;结合当前的人工智能技术,提升能耗计算的速度;研发可视化平台,实现城市设计的实时编辑和计算。
Rapid urbanization has driven economic and social development,but it has also led to continued growth in building energy consumption.It is of great significance to ensure the user comfort while controlling the growth of building energy use,so as to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.Accurate quantification of urban buildings’energy demand can support urban energy-saving design,assist urban morphology generation and optimization,building layout optimization,building shape and structure design,energy system optimization,assessment of the energy program and energy-saving policy.In recent years,researchers worldwide have carried out research of urban scale energy consumption calculation methods from different perspectives,and encountered different technical difficulties.This paper provides a critical review on the energy consumption calculation methods of urban scale buildings from the following three aspects:database,models and platforms.Through literature review,the authors indicate the advantages and limitations of current energy consumption calculation methods of urban buildings,and propose the following possible approaches to improve the energy calculation method for urban buildings:developing micro-environment data generation methods that can be directly applied to energy consumption calculation of urban buildings;improving the capabilities to collect,filter and convert the building information data by introducing the data mining technique;introducing the cluster analysis and artificial intelligence technology to improve the speed of energy consumption calculation;developing a visualization platform to realize real-time editing and calculating of urban design.
