对带状疱疹患者实施临床免疫检验质量控制的重要性分析

Analysis on the Importance of Quality Control of Clinical Immunoassay for Patients with Herpes Zoster

目的分析临床免疫检验中对带状疱疹患者检测过程实施质量控制的重要性。方法选择2019年1—12月该院接受临床免疫检验的80例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,将其按照不同干预方式分为两组,各40例。对比组仅接受临床常规免疫检验,研究组基于前组的基础上实施质量控制。比较两组免疫指标检测结果、相关指标检测水平及指导疗效。结果两组对比血凝血细胞、肝功能、肾功能、免疫球蛋白等检出率数据后显示研究组均更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组对比IgG、IgM、IgA等水平的数据后显示研究组均更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组对比CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)等水平的数据后显示研究组均更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组对比指导治疗有效率的数据后显示研究组更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床免疫检验中对带状疱疹患者检测过程实施质量控制的效果显著,即可提升各项指标检出率,且可提升各指标检验水平,并利于指导患者疾病治疗。

Objective To analyze the importance of quality control in clinical immunological examination for patients with herpes zoster.Methods Selected 80 patients with herpes zoster who underwent clinical immunoassary in the hopsital from January to December 2019 as research objects.They were divided into 2 groups according to different interventionmode,40 cases in each group.The comparison group only accepted clinical routine immunoassays,and the study group implemented quality control based on the former group.Compared the two groups of immune index detection results,related index detection levels and guiding efficacy.Results Comparing the detection rate data of blood coagulation cells,liver function,kidney function,immunoglobulin,etc.between the two groups showed that the study group was higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the data of IgG,IgM,IgA and other levels between the two groups showed that the study group was higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the data of CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+),CD3^(+)and other levels between the two groups showed that the study group was higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the data of the effective rate of guiding treatment between the two groups showed that the study group was higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical immunoassays,the quality control of the detection process for patients with herpes zoster has a significant effect,which can increase the detection rate of various indicators and improve the level of inspection of various indicators.And it is helpful to guide patients'disease treatment.
