三子养亲汤加味治疗痰湿蕴肺型肺癌的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the Treatment of Lung Cancer with Phlegm-dampness Accumulating Lung

目的探讨三子养亲汤加味治疗痰湿蕴肺型肺癌的临床效果。方法该次研究于2019年9月—2021年3月纳入80例该院诊治的痰湿蕴肺型肺癌患者,按不同的治疗方案分为A组(n=40,复方斑蝥胶囊)与B组(n=40,三子养亲汤加味),对比两组患者治疗有效率,治疗前后炎症因子改善情况、肺功能改善情况、患者的生活质量水平,以及治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果B组治疗有效率为92.50%,A组为75.00%,前者显著高于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.500,P=0.034)。两组治疗前炎症因子水平、肺功能各指标评分及生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后B组IL-6、TNF-α水平、疼痛评分及不良反应发生率低于A组,IL-10、肺功能指标评分及生活质量评分高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用三子养亲汤加味治疗痰湿蕴肺型肺癌患者的效果较好,患者的治疗有效率较高,炎症因子水平及肺功能改善程度较好,不良反应发生情况较少,提升了患者的生活质量水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the treatment of lung cancer with phlegm-dampness accumulation.Methods The study included 80 phlegm-dampness accumulating lung type lung cancer patients diagnosed and treated in this hospital from September 2019 to March 2021.According to different treatment plans,they were divided into group A(n=40,compound cantharidin capsules)and group B(n=40,Sanzi Yangqin Decoction).The treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients was compared,the improvement of inflammatory factors before and after treatment,the improvement of lung function,the quality of life of the patients,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment in group B was 92.50% and that in group A was 75.00%,the former was significantly higher than the latter,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.500,P=0.034).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in inflammatory factor levels,pulmonary function index scores,and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,pain scores and adverse reactions in group B were lower than those in group A,while IL-10,lung function index scores and quality of life scores were higher than those in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Using Sanzi Yangqin Decoction to treat lung cancer patients with phlegm-dampness accumulation type lung cancer is better,and the treatment efficiency of the patients is higher.The level of inflammatory factors and the improvement of lung function are better,and the occurrence of adverse reactions is less.It can improve the quality of life of patients.
