摘要
目的分析传染性单核细胞增多症患儿采用抗病毒治疗的临床效果与应用价值。方法选取2016年1月—2020年12月该院接诊治疗传染性单核细胞增多症患儿121例观察分析,根据治疗方式的差异将其分作3组,A组患儿接受常规对症治疗,B组患儿接受抗病毒更昔洛韦治疗,C组患儿接受干扰素治疗,观察并对比3组患儿临床治疗效果、患儿症状改善时间。患儿1年内疾病复发概率。结果3组患儿临床治疗总有效率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组患儿咽峡炎症状改善用时(4.12±1.05)d、淋巴结缩小用时(4.85±1.35)d、肝缩小用时(6.72±1.05)d、脾缩小用时(6.59±2.03)d、异淋<10%时间(7.96±1.13)d均与B组、C组患儿相比差异无统计学意义(F=0.714、0.435、0.294、0.206、0.239,P>0.05)。3组患儿复发率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症采取抗病毒治疗与非抗病毒治疗效果均无明显差异,需根据患儿具体情况选择适宜的治疗方式,促进患儿恢复健康。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of antiviral therapy in children with infectious mononucleosis.Methods Selected 121 children with infectious mononucleosis who were admitted and treated in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 for observation and analysis,and divided them into three groups according to the differences in treatment methods.Children in group A received conventional symptomatic treatment,children in group B received antiviral ganciclovir treatment,and children in group C received interferon treatment.Observed and compared the clinical treatment effects,the time of symptom improvement,the probability of disease recurrence within one year of the three groups of children.Results There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate among the three groups(P>0.05).Compared with group B and C,there were no statistically significant differences in the time for improvement of inflammation in pharyngeal isthmus(4.12±1.05)d,lymph node reduction(4.85±1.35)d,liver reduction(6.72±1.05)d,spleen reduction(6.59±2.03)d,and isorrhea<10%(7.96±1.13)d in group A(F=0.714,0.435,0.294,0.206,0.239,P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the recurrence rate of the three groups of children(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference between antiviral treatment and non-antiviral treatment for clinical treatment of infectious mononucleosis in children.Appropriate treatment should be selected according to the specific situation of the child to promote the recovery of the child.
