宫颈炎患者应用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊与保妇康栓联合治疗的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Combined Treatment of Recombinant Human Interferonα-2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules and Baofukang Suppository on Patients with Cervicitis

目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊与保妇康栓联合对宫颈炎的治疗效果。方法选取2017年4月—2019年4月该院收治的120例宫颈炎患者为研究对象,采用随机平均分组方式,各60例。常规组采用保妇康栓对患者进行治疗,观察组采用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊与保妇康栓对患者进行联合治疗,于治疗后比较两组临床检测指标及治疗有效率、用药不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者经联合治疗后,阴道pH(4.11±0.34)、阴道清洁度(2.13±0.19)度、白细胞(8.58±1.26)×10^(9)/L、C反应蛋白(3.41±1.01)mg/L等临床检测指标较治疗前改善明显,且数据比较各项均低于常规组患者阴道pH(5.45±0.72)、阴道清洁度(3.12±0.48)度、白细胞(10.02±1.27)×10^(9)/L、C反应蛋白(5.65±1.38)mg/L等临床检测指标,差异有统计学意义(t=13.035、14.854、6.234、10.146,P<0.05)。观察组患者经治疗后,治疗有效率95.00%(57/60)明显高于常规组治疗有效率71.66%(43/60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.760,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,观察组1.66%(1/60),常规组5.00%(3/60),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.258,P>0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊与保妇康栓联合对宫颈炎患者进行治疗,可对患者疾病症状起到良好缓解作用,改善并提高生殖系统健康水平,临床治疗效果显著,具有良好治疗效果。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of the combination of recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent capsule and Baofukang suppository on cervicitis.Methods 120 patients with cervicitis treated in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into 60 patients in each group.The routine group was treated with Baofukang suppository,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b vaginal effervescent capsules and Baofukang suppository for combined treatment.After the treatment,the two groups were compared with the clinical test indicators,the treatment efficiency,and incidence of adverse drug reactions.Results After combined treatment,the clinical indicators of vaginal pH(4.11±0.34),vaginal cleanliness(2.13±0.19)degrees,white blood cell(8.58±1.26)×10^(9)/L,C-reactive protein(3.41±1.01)mg/L and other indicators were significantly improved in the observation group compared with before treatment.All the data were lower than those of the conventional group,such as vaginal pH(5.45±0.72),vaginal cleanliness(3.12±0.48)degrees,white blood cell(10.02±1.27)×10^(9)/L,C-reactive protein(5.65±1.38)mg/L,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.035,14.854,6.234,10.146,P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of observation group was 95.00%(57/60),which was significantly higher than that of conventional group 71.66%(43/60),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.760,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was 1.66%(1/60)in the observation group and 5.00%(3/60)in the conventional group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.258,P>0.05).Conclusion Combining recombinant human interferon alpha-2b vaginal effervescent capsules and Baofukang suppository to treat patients with cervicitis can effectively relieve the symptoms of the patient's disease,improve and improve the health of the reproductive system.The clinical treatment effect is remarkable,with good treatment effect.
