妊娠期糖尿病孕妇孕期管理及饮食控制的临床价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的评估孕期管理及饮食控制对于妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的临床应用价值。方法选择医院2019年1月—2021年3月期间接诊的123例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=60)与观察组(n=63),给予对照组常规管理,给予观察组孕期管理及饮食控制。分析两组妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的干预效果。结果观察组早产、妊娠高血压、感染发生总率(3.17%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组早产儿、新生儿窒息、胎儿窘迫和巨大儿发生总率(1.59%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的SAS焦虑评分(37.86±3.15)分和SDS抑郁评分(37.65±4.52)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组空腹血糖(5.31±0.56)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(6.72±0.69)mmol/L以及糖化血红蛋白(5.89±0.15)%均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病孕妇给予孕期管理及饮食控制可以有效改善孕妇的预后,有利于血糖控制。 Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of pregnancy management and diet control for pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Methods A total of 123 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to March 2021 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group(n=60) and observation group(n=63). The control group was given routine management, and the observation group was given pregnancy management and diet control. Analyzed the intervention effect of two groups of pregnant women with gestational diabetes. Results The total incidence of premature birth, pregnancy-induced hypertension,and infection(3.17%) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The total incidence of premature infants, neonatal asphyxia, fetal distress and macrosomia in the observation group(1.59%) was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the SAS anxiety score(37.86±3.15)points and SDS depression score(37.65±4.52)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention,the fasting blood glucose(5.31±0.56) mmol/L, the 2 h postprandial blood glucose(6.72±0.69) mmol/L, and glycosylated hemoglobin(5.89 ±0.15)% of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Pregnancy management and diet control for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can effectively improve the prognosis of pregnant women, and are beneficial to blood glucose control.
