糖尿病合并甲状腺功能亢进症的临床治疗

Clinical Treatment of Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hyperthyroidism

目的探讨糖尿病合并甲亢的临床治疗及疗效。方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的100例糖尿病合并甲亢患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组均接受常规糖尿病和甲亢治疗,治疗组接受盐酸二甲双胍治疗。观察比较两组治疗前后的疗效。结果观察组患者的总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组的78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖分别为(5.23±1.23)、(11.98±1.66)mmol/L,对照组分别为(11.69±2.13)、(17.03±1.47)mmol/L,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸二甲双胍治疗甲亢合并糖尿病疗效显著,并能降低其血糖水平,值得研究。

Objective To explore the clinical treatment and efficacy of diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperthyroidism.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetes and hyperthyroidism admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each. Both groups received conventional diabetes and hyperthyroidism treatment, and the treatment group received metformin hydrochloride treatment. Observed and compared the efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than that of control group 78.00%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were(5.23±1.23) and(11.98±1.66) mmol/L, and in the control group were(11.69±2.13) and(17.03 ±1.47) mmol/L, respectively. The observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Metformin hydrochloride has a significant effect on the treatment of hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes, and can reduce the blood sugar level, which is worthy of study.
