依帕司他联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果及对氧化应激反应的影响 被引量:6

Epalrestat Combined with α-lipoic Acid in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and Its Influence on Oxidative Stress

摘要 目的评价依帕司他联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的效果及对氧化应激反应的影响。方法选取该院内分泌科2018年1月—2020年12月住院的DPN患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组接受糖尿病基础治疗及α-硫辛酸注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用依帕司他治疗。观察评价组间临床效果及氧化应激反应。结果治疗后观察组总有效显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(9.02±0.96)IU/mL、丙二醛(MDA)(3.09±0.62)nmol/mL、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)(83.97±5.26)IU/mL等氧化应激反应指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的一氧化氮(NO)(77.86±14.20)μmol/L、脂联素(18.14±3.02)mg/L水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用依帕司他联合α-硫辛酸治疗DPN患者具有较好的短期临床效果,且明显改善患者的氧化应激反应,是治疗临床糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效的方法之一。 Objective To evaluate the effect of epalrestat combined with α-lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN) and its influence on oxidative stress. Methods 80 patients with DPN who were hospitalized from January 2018 to December 2020 in the department of endocrinology in the hospital were enrolled. Randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 40 cases. The control group received basic diabetes treatment and α-lipoic acid injection treatment, and the observation group was treated with epalrestat on the basis of the control group. Observed and evaluated the clinical effects and oxidative stress response between groups. Results After treatment, the observation group was significantly more effective than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the observation group had T-AOC(9.02±0.96) IU/mL, MDA(3.09±0.62) nmol/mL, SOD(83.97±5.26) IU/mL and other oxidative stress reaction indicators were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of NO(77.86 ±14.20)μmol/L and adiponectin(18.14 ±3.02)mg/L of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of epalrestat combined with α-lipoic acid in the treatment of DPN patients has a good short-term clinical effect, and significantly improves the oxidative stress response of the patients. It is one of the safe and effective methods for the treatment of clinical diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
