血脂水平检测在糖尿病视网膜病变诊断中的价值

The Value of Blood Lipid Level Detection in the Diagnosis of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的研究血脂水平检测在糖尿病视网膜病变诊断中的价值。方法将2020年8月—2021年8月于该院收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者(DR)中抽出50例,作为DR组,之后抽取同等例数健康受检者及单纯糖尿病患者分别纳入健康组、糖尿病组,均进行血脂水平检测,比较3组受检者总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等指标。结果经血脂水平检测后,DR组TG、TC、LDL-C较健康组、糖尿病组高,HDL-C则低于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而糖尿病组TG、TC、LDL-C均高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DR组中,根据患者病变类型进行分组,不同病变类型间的血脂水平比较,可见PDR组患者TG、TC、LDL-C较BDR组高,HDL-C则较BDR低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血脂水平检测用于DR病变诊断中具有一定应用价值,TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C等指标与健康受检者和单纯糖尿病患者存在明显差异,借助指标变化可以有效检出病症,并明确病变程度,为后续制订治疗方案提供科学依据。

Objective To study the value of blood lipid level detection in the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy. Methods From August 2020 to August 2021, 50 patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR) were selected as the DR group, and then the same number of healthy subjects and patients with simple diabetes were included in the healthy group and diabetes group, all were given their detection of blood lipid levels, comparing the total cholesterol(TC), triacylglycerol(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), etc. of the three groups. Results TG, TC, and LDL-C in the DR group were higher than those in the healthy group and the diabetes group after the blood lipid level detection, while HDL-C was lower than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). In the diabetes group, TG, TC, and LDL-C were all higher than the control group, and HDL-C was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). In the DR group, the patients were grouped according to the type of disease, and the blood lipid levels of different disease types were compared. TG, TC and LDL-C in the PDR group were higher than those in the BDR group, and HDL-C was lower than BDR, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood lipid level detection has certain application value in the diagnosis of DR. There are significant differences in TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and other indicators from healthy subjects and patients with simple diabetes. With the help of index changes, the disease can be effectively detected, and the extent of the disease can be clarified, providing a scientific basis for the subsequent formulation of treatment plans.
