燕麦膳食对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂的影响分析

摘要 目的研究分析燕麦膳食对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂的影响。方法选取该院2020年4月—2021年4月间收治的2型糖尿病患者102例作为研究样本,根据入院顺序号单双数予以分组,其中单数51例患者为参照组采取常规饮食控制办法,双数51例患者为研究组采取燕麦膳食方案,主要就其对患者血糖、血脂的影响进行观察并分析。结果治疗2个月后,两组患者的餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖指标值均低于治疗前,且研究组患者的餐后2 h血糖及空腹血糖指标值均低于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),参照组患者的三酰甘油、空腹胰岛素及血清总胆固醇等指标值与治疗前接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而餐后2 h胰岛素低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的空腹胰岛素与治疗前接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而三酰甘油、空腹胰岛素、餐后2 h胰岛素及血清总胆固醇指标值均低于治疗前,且餐后2 h胰岛素及血清总胆固醇指标值低于参照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论燕麦膳食应用于2型糖尿病患者中可获得良好的效果,一方面能够平稳控制血糖与血脂指标,另一方面,燕麦来源丰富、经济实惠,且食用简便等优势明显,让患者乐于接受,提升治疗依从性,可全面推广此膳食方案。 Objective To study and analyze the effects of oatmeal diet on blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 102 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the study samples, and were divided into groups according to the odd and even numbers of admission sequence number, of which 51 patients with odd numbers were the reference group and adopted routine dietary control methods. An even number of 51 patients took the oatmeal diet plan for the study group, mainly to observe and analyze its effects on the patients’ blood glucose and blood lipids. Results After 2 months of treatment, the index values of postprandial2 h blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the index values of postprandial 2 h blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The index values of triacylglycerol, fasting insulin and serum total cholesterol in the reference group were close to those before treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05), and the insulin 2 h after meal was lower than that before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the fasting insulin in the study group was close to that before treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), while the index values of triacylglycerol, fasting insulin, insulin and serum total cholesterol at 2 h after a meal were lower than before treatment, and the index values of insulin and serum total cholesterol at 2 h after a meal were lower than those of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of oatmeal diet in patients with type 2 diabetes can achieve good results. On the one hand, it can control blood glucose and blood lipid indicators steadily. On the other hand, oatmeal is rich in sources, economical, and easy to eat. The advantages of oatmeal are obvious, so that patients are willing to accept it and improve treatment compliance. This dietary plan can be fully promoted.
