不同胰岛素给药方式对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖指标、疼痛情况、低血糖发生率的影响

The Effect of Different Insulin Administration Methods on Blood Glucose Index, Pain Condition and Incidence of Hypoglycemia in Patients with Gestational Diabetes

目的探讨不同胰岛素给药方式对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖指标、疼痛情况、低血糖发生率的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2021年7月在福州市妇幼保健院接受治疗的80例妊娠期糖尿病患者进行研究,经随机数字表法分组。对照组(40例)实施多次胰岛素皮下注射给药,观察组(40例)实施胰岛素泵持续皮下注射给药。对比分析两组患者血糖指标、疼痛情况、不良反应及低血糖发生率。结果观察组患者治疗后FPG、2 hPG及HbA1c水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者注射12、24 h后VAS评分相比对照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组比较,前者不良反应发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组患者的低血糖发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过胰岛素泵持续皮下注射的方式为妊娠期糖尿病患者注射胰岛素,不仅能够加快患者的疼痛缓解速度,还能在一定程度上稳定患者的血糖水平,降低其不良反应及低血糖发生率,治疗效果较为显著。

Objective To investigate the effects of different insulin administration methods on blood glucose indicators, pain conditions and incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods A study was conducted on 80 patients with gestational diabetes who were treated at the Fuzhou Maternity and Child Health Hospital from October 2019 to July 2021, and were grouped by random number table. The control group(40 cases) received multiple subcutaneous injections of insulin, and the observation group(40 cases) received continuous subcutaneous injections of insulin pumps. Comparative analysis of blood glucose indicators, pain conditions, incidence of adverse reactions and hypoglycemia between the two groups of patients. Results The levels of FPG, 2 hPG and HbA1 c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). The VAS scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 12 h and 24 h of injection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was significantly lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Injecting insulin into gestational diabetes patients through continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump can not only speed up the pain relief of patients, but also stabilize the patient’s blood glucose level to a certain extent, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and hypoglycemia, and treatment effect is more significant.
