摘要
目的观察乳腺癌患者临床病理特征、血清神经纤毛蛋白-1(NRP-1)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平,并分析血清NRP-1、IL-8水平与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征的相关性。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月期间惠州市第三人民医院收治的100例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,收集所有患者的临床病理特征情况,并测定其血清NRP-1、IL-8水平,分析血清NRP-1、IL-8水平与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果淋巴结转移、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的乳腺癌患者血清NRP-1[(2.34±0.42)、(2.43±0.31)ng/mL]、IL-8[(113.29±8.67)、(110.25±7.31)μg/L]水平高于淋巴结未转移、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者[NRP-1(1.75±0.37)、(1.85±0.25)ng/mL;IL-8(98.64±7.12)、(90.38±6.58)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(t=3.233、3.124、6.600、9.530,P<0.05);绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC),结果显示,血清NRP-1、IL-8水平预测淋巴结转移、临床分期的AUC均>0.7,均有一定预测价值。结论血清NRP-1、IL-8水平与乳腺癌患者的临床病理特征密切相关。
Objective Observe the clinicopathological characteristics,serum neuropilin-1(NRP-1)and interleukin-8(IL-8)levels in breast cancer patients.And analyze the correlation between serum NRP-1 and IL-8 levels and clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 breast cancer patients admitted to Huizhou Third People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The clinicopathological characteristics of all patients were collected and their serum NRP-1 and IL-8 levels were determined.Analyzed the correlation between serum NRP-1 and IL-8 levels and clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer patients.Results Lymph node metastasis,breast cancer patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ breast cancer serum NRP-1[(2.34±0.42)ng/mL,(2.43±0.31)ng/mL],IL-8[(113.29±8.67)μg/L,(110.25±7.31)μg/L]were higher than that of the breast cancer patients with no lymph node metastasis,stageⅠtoⅡ[NRP-1(1.75±0.37)ng/mL,(1.85±0.25)ng/mL;IL-8(98.64±7.12)μg/L,(90.38±6.58)μg/L],the difference was statistically significant(t=3.233,3.124,6.600,9.530,P<0.05);draw the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC),the results showed that the serum NRP-1 and IL-8 levels predict lymph node metastasis and clinical stage AUC were all>0.7 and had certain predictive value.Conclusion The levels of serum NRP-1 and IL-8 are closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics of breast cancer patients.
