摘要
目的评价碱烧伤后角膜新生血管(CNV)模型的成功率及角膜的形态学变化,来探讨理想的角膜新生血管模型。方法采用不同浓度的NaOH局部作用于兔中央角膜或周边角膜来诱导兔CNV形成。记录碱烧伤后第14天时角膜混浊及水肿的程度、CNV面积及溃疡的面积,进行统计学分析。结果角膜混浊程度与NaOH浓度成正相关,NaOH浓度越低,混浊程度越低。高浓度的NaOH,其烧伤位置为周边角膜时,CNV模型的成功率最高,此时CNV的面积最大,而角膜溃疡的面积最小。CNV的面积与角膜溃疡的面积呈相反趋势。结论烧伤位置为角膜缘时,NaOH浓度越高,越有利于兔CNV模型的建立。
Objective To explore an optimizing corneal neovascularization(CNV)model through evaluating the successful rate and CNV morphology.Methods Rabbit CNV model was induced through topical application of with different NaOH concentrations on the central or peripheral cornea.Cornea opacity and edema,CNV area,and ulcer area were recorded and analyzed within a 2-week follow-up.Results The degree of corneal opacity was positively correlated with NaOH concentration,and the lower the NaOH concentration was,the lower the degree of corneal opacity was.The CNV model had the highest success rate when the burn site of high concentration NaOH was the peripheral cornea,and the area of CNV was the largest,while the area of corneal ulcer was the smallest.The area of CNV showed an opposite trend to that of corneal ulcer.Conclusion Alkaline burn with higher NaOH concentration and peripheral burning location is more efficient for establishing CNV rabbit model.
