摘要
帕金森病(parkinson′s disease,PD)是常见的神经系统变性疾病,机制未明。研究发现PD与氧化应激、α-突触核蛋白沉积、细胞周期调控异常、轴突变性等相关,近来发现线粒体轴浆转运障碍在PD发生发展中发挥着关键作用,具体调控机制尚未阐明,本文就轴浆转运线粒体障碍在帕金森病中作用的研究进展进行综述。
Parkinson′s disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disorder and the mechanism remains to be determined.More evidence supported that the pathogenesis of PD was correlated with oxidative stress,deposition ofα-synuclein,abnormal cell cycle regulation and axonal degeneration and so on.Recent finding suggested that axonal transport dysfunction of mitochondria mediated key role in PD and the regulationism is unclear.In this paper,we reviewed that role of the axonal transport dysfunction of mitochondria in PD.
