参芪地黄汤加减治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病的效果及对血糖指标影响分析

Effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on Treating Diabetes with Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin and Blood Stasis and Its Influence on Blood Glucose Index

目的探究参芪地黄汤加减治疗气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病的效果及对血糖指标的影响。方法以2018年1月—2021年1月80例气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病患者为该次研究对象,采用简单随机化法分为两组。对照组常规西医治疗,研究组则在对照组的基础上实施参芪地黄汤加减治疗。对两组治疗效果、血糖水平、中医症状积分以及不良反应情况进行分析。结果研究组的总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后FPG、2 hPG、HbA1c水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医症状积分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后中医症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论气阴两虚兼血瘀型糖尿病患者接受参芪地黄汤加减治疗,可提高治疗的效果,更好改善患者的血糖水平,减轻其疾病症状,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Dihuang decoction on the treatment of diabetes mellitus with deficiency of Qi and Yin and blood stasis and the influence on blood glucose index. Methods From January 2018 to January 2021, 80 patients with Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type diabetes were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by simple randomization. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, and the study group was treated with Shenqi Dihuang decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects, blood glucose levels, TCM symptom scores, and adverse reactions between the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than the control group’s 80.00%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of fasting blood glucose(FPG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG), and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) after treatment in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of FPG, 2 hPG and HbA1c in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Diabetes patients with deficiency of both Qi and Yin and blood stasis receive treatment with Shenqi Dihuang decoction, which can improve the effect of treatment, better improve the patient’s blood sugar level, and alleviate the symptoms of the disease. It has high safety.
