摘要
目的分析和研究在阿卡波糖和阿立哌唑用药基础上联合综合康复治疗方案对精神分裂症并发糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法随机选取2018年10月—2019年10月该院接收的80例精神分裂症并发糖尿病患者,将其使用随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组以阿卡波糖联用阿立哌唑单纯药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加康复治疗方法。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗3个月后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平明显低于对照组,总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在阿卡波糖和阿立哌唑用药基础上联合综合康复治疗的方案应用于精神分裂症并发糖尿病患者能够有效提高其临床疗效,改善血糖控制效果,而且降低并发症出现率。
Objective Analyze and study the clinical effects of a comprehensive rehabilitation program based on the medication of acarbose and aripiprazole on patients with schizophrenia complicated by diabetes. Methods A random selection of 80 patients with schizophrenia and diabetes mellitus accepted by the hospital from October 2018 to October2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acarbose combined with aripiprazole alone, and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of treatment, the fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Based on the medication of acarbose and aripiprazole, a combined rehabilitation treatment program applied to patients with schizophrenia complicated with diabetes can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, improve the effect of blood sugar control, and reduce the incidence of complications.
