老年糖尿病并发脑梗死的临床护理效果

Clinical Nursing Effect of Senile Diabetes Complicated with Cerebral Infarction

目的给予老年糖尿病并发脑梗死患者应用护理干预,探究其中的优质护理效果。方法于该院2020年1月—2021年1月收治的患者中,选择94例老年糖尿病并发脑梗死患者作为研究对象,采用抽签的方式划分为研究组和对照组,各47例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施优质护理干预,统计并对比研究两组患者的血糖指标FPG和2 hPG、欧洲卒中量表(ESS)评分、日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评分、生活质量评分等护理效果。结果护理后,研究组患者的血糖指标FPG和2 hPG、ESS评分、ADL评分、总体健康评分分别为(6.64±0.45)mmol/L、(8.55±0.70)mmol/L、(79.65±2.97)分、(68.07±3.82)分、(85.45±6.07)分,明显优于对照组相对应指标的数值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予老年糖尿病并发脑梗死患者应用优质护理干预,可以显著改善患者的血糖水平、治疗恢复情况及生活质量,可见将优质护理干预应用于老年糖尿病并发脑梗死患者的护理中,可以起到较好的效果,值得在临床工作中推广应用。

Objective Apply nursing intervention to elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction to explore the effect of high-quality nursing. Methods Among the patients admitted in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021, 94 elderly patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the study group and the control group by balloting, with 47 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the study group received high-quality nursing intervention. The nursing effects of blood glucose indicators FPG and 2 h PG, European Stroke Scale(ESS) score, activity of daily living(ADL) score and quality of life score were counted and compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the blood glucose indicators FPG and 2 hPG, ESS score, ADL score, and overall health score of the patients in the study group were(6.64 ±0.45) mmol/L and(8.55 ±0.70) mmol/L,(79.65 ±2.97) points,(68.07 ±4.82) points,(85.45±6.07) points, respectively, which were significantly better than the corresponding indexes of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing interventions to elderly patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction can significantly improve their blood sugar levels,treatment recovery and quality of life. It can be seen that applying high-quality nursing intervention to the nursing of elderly patients with diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction can achieve better results and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical work.
