Objective Explore the application value of full-process refined and high-quality nursing in children with neonatal diabetes. Methods The 52 children with diabetes who were admitted to the new department of the hospital from February to December 2020 were the subjects of study. According to the digital table method, they were randomly divided into a control group(26 cases) and an observation group(26 cases). The former implemented routine care, and the latter implemented full-process refined and high-quality care on this basis. The blood glucose level, time to return to normal, complications and satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups at each time period. Results After nursing, the blood glucose level of the observation group was(4.35±0.46) mmol/L, which was lower than that of the control group(5.64±0.52) mmol/L, the difference was statistically significant(t=9.474, P<0.05). The return to normal time of the observation group was(10.53 ±2.33) d shorter than that of the control group(14.65 ±1.53) d, and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.537, P<0.05). The total satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 96.15%,which was significantly higher than 69.23% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.837, P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group(7.69%) was lower than that in the control group(30.77%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.457, P <0.05). Conclusion The whole process of refined care can effectively improve the blood sugar level of children, promote the recovery of children, and effectively reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve family satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
