复合树脂修复联合根管治疗对后牙牙体缺损患者的疗效

The Effect of Composite Resin Restoration Combined with Root Canal Therapy on Patients with Posterior Teeth Defects

目的探讨复合树脂修复联合根管治疗对后牙牙体缺损患者的疗效。方法选取2019年8月—2020年7月该院收治的后牙牙体缺损患者186例,以随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,各93例。对照组行根管治疗联合银汞合金填充,观察组行根管治疗及光固化复合树脂填充,比较两组治疗效果、口腔功能评分、并发症发生率与复发率。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率为95.70%,高于对照组的86.02%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.244,P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组的美观度为(7.18±1.02)分、咀嚼功能为(8.00±0.76)分,观察组为(8.55±0.88)分、(9.22±0.30)分,两组均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.807、14.399,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.38%、复发率为2.15%,对照组为24.73%、9.68%,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.622、4.735,P<0.05)。结论复合树脂修复联合根管治疗后牙牙体缺损的疗效确切,可使牙体美观度与咀嚼功能提高,且可减少复发。

Objective To investigate the effect of composite resin restoration combined with root canal therapy on patients with posterior tooth defects.Methods A total of 186 patients with dental defects in the posterior teeth who were admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 93 cases in each group.The control group underwent root canal therapy combined with amalgam filling,and the observation group underwent root canal therapy and light-curing composite resin filling.The treatment effect,oral function score,complication rate and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 95.70%,which was higher than 86.02%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.244,P<0.05).After treatment,the aesthetics of the control group was(7.18±1.02)points,the masticatory function was(8.00±0.76)points,and the observation group was(8.55±0.88)points and(9.22±0.30)points,both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.807,14.399,P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 5.38%and the recurrence rate was 2.15%in the observation group and 24.73%and 9.68%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.622,4.735,P<0.05).Conclusion Composite resin restoration combined with root canal treatment of posterior tooth defect is effective,which can improve tooth aesthetics and chewing function,and can reduce recurrence.
