计算机断层扫描三维重建在颅骨骨折诊断中的应用效果

摘要 目的研究计算机断层扫描三维重建在颅骨骨折诊断中的应用效果。方法抽取2019年7月—2021年5月在该院就诊的66例颅脑外伤合并颅骨骨折患者为研究对象,所有患者均在受伤后6 h内送至医院并接受多层螺旋计算机断层扫描及颅骨三维图像重建检查。对比分析所有颅脑外伤合并颅骨骨折患者接受检查后诊断结果准确率的差异。结果所有患者在经过多层螺旋计算机断层扫描检查后,颅顶骨折、颅面部骨折和颅底骨折例数分别为17例、14例和7例,总计确诊38例,诊断准确率为57.58%,而经颅骨三维图像重建技术检查后,颅顶骨折、颅面部骨折和颅底骨折例数分别为28例、24例和14例,总计确诊66例,诊断准确率为100.00%,颅骨三维图像重建的检查结果显著高于多层螺旋计算机断层扫描技术,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.362,P<0.05)。结论根据颅脑外伤合并颅骨骨折患者临床诊断看出,采用计算机断层扫描三维重建在颅骨骨折诊断中的准确率较高,能快速、无误确诊患者的受伤情况,推测可以在后续手术过程中明显提高治疗效果,存在临床价值和医学意义,建议推广。 Objective To study the application effect of computed tomography three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of skull fractures.Methods A sample of 66 patients with craniocerebral trauma and skull fractures who visited the hospital from July 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research object.All patients were sent to the hospital within 6 hours of injury and underwent mutislice spiral computed tomography and 3D image reconstruction of the skull.To compare and analyze the difference in diagnostic accuracy of all patients with craniocerebral trauma and skull fracture after examination.Results After all patients were examined by multi-slice spiral computed tomography,the number of craniopia fractures,craniofacial fractures and skull base fractures were 17,14,and 7,respectively.A total of 38 cases were diagnosed,and the diagnosis accuracy rate was 57.58%,and after transcranial three-dimensional image reconstruction technology,the number of cases of skull top fracture,craniofacial fracture and skull base fracture were 28,24,and 14,respectively.A total of 66 cases were diagnosed,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 100.00%.The examination result of image reconstruction was significantly higher than that of multi-slice spiral computed tomography,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.362,P<0.05).Conclusion According to the clinical diagnosis of patients with craniocerebral trauma and skull fractures,the use of computed tomography three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of skull fractures has a high accuracy rate,and can quickly and accurately diagnose the patient's injury.It is speculated that it can be used in the subsequent surgical process and it can significantly improve the treatment effect and has clinical value and medical significance.It is recommended to promote it.
