64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在冠心病诊断中的价值

The Value of 64-slice Spiral CT Coronary Angiography in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2019年8月—2021年8月该院收治的疑似冠心病患者92例为研究对象,所有患者均给予64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查,总结分析患者病变血管分布情况、血管斑块类型,同时记录64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像诊断冠状动脉狭窄程度的检出情况。结果经64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查发现病变血管共190支,主要分布于左前降支、右冠状动脉、左主干、左旋支血管,其中左前降支血管的占比最大(41.58%);血管斑块类型主要包括钙化斑块、软斑块、纤维斑块、混合斑块,其中钙化斑块的占比最大(47.89%)。在冠状动脉狭窄程度诊断中,64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像显示轻度狭窄57例,占比为61.96%;中度狭窄27例,占比为29.35%;重度狭窄8例,占比为8.70%。结论在冠心病诊断中应用64排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的价值非常高,可有效判定患者病变血管分布及斑块性质,具有准确率高、无创、可重复操作等特点,是一种值得临床推荐与应用的诊断方式。

Objective To explore the application value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods From August 2019 to August 2021,92 patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted to this hospital were selected as the research objects,and all patients were given 64-slice spiral CT coronary imaging examination.Summarized and analyze the distribution of diseased blood vessels and the types of blood vessel plaques.At the same time,the detection of 64-slice spiral CT coronary imaging to diagnose the degree of coronary artery stenosis was recorded.Results A total of 190 diseased blood vessels were found by 64-slice spiral CT coronary imaging,which was mainly distributed in the left anterior descending artery,right coronary artery,left main artery,and left circumflex artery.Among them,the left anterior descending artery occupies the largest proportion(41.58%).The types of vascular plaques mainly include calcified plaques,soft plaques,fibrous plaques,and mixed plaques,of which calcified plaques account for the largest proportion(47.89%).In the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis,64-slice spiral CT coronary imaging showed 57 cases of mild stenosis,accounting for 61.96%.There were 27 cases of moderate stenosis,and the occupation rate was 29.35%.There were 8 cases of severe stenosis,and the occupation rate was 8.70%.Conclusion The value of 64-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease is very high,and it can effectively determine the distribution of diseased blood vessels and the nature of plaque in patients.It has the characteristics of high accuracy,non-invasive,repeatable operation,etc.,and is a diagnostic method worthy of clinical recommendation and application.
