降脂汤治疗2型糖尿病伴高脂血症的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析降脂汤治疗2型糖尿病伴高脂血症的疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2021年1月于该院就诊的2型糖尿病伴高脂血症患者96例,采取随机原则分成对照组及观察组,各48例,对照组采取常规药物及健康管理方案,观察组在对照组基础上联合降脂汤进行治疗,比较组间应用效果差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.83%高于对照组81.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.031,P<0.05);观察组治疗后TG(2.02±0.34)mmol/L、TC(4.72±0.34)mmol/L及LDL-C(2.98±0.13)mmol/L均低于对照组的(2.38±0.36)、(5.51±0.36)、(3.96±0.16)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=5.037、11.053、32.935,P<0.001);观察组治疗前后TG差值(0.76±0.13)mmol/L、TC差值(2.13±0.24)mmol/L及LDL-C差值(1.91±0.11)mmol/L均高于对照组(0.39±0.10)、(1.36±0.21)、(0.95±0.13)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=15.630、16.728、39.057,P<0.001);观察组治疗前后HbA1c差值(2.24±0.21)%高于对照组的(2.12±0.18)%,差异有统计学意义(t=3.006,P<0.05);观察组治疗后NO高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.256,P<0.001);观察组治疗后ET-1、PAI-1均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.663、8.931,P<0.001);观察组治疗前后NO差值、ET-1差值、PAT-1差值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=25.838、23.858、23.161,P<0.001);观察组不良反应总发生率为6.25%与对照组16.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.567,P=0.109)。结论2型糖尿病伴发高脂血症者采取降脂汤进行治疗,能够获得良好的临床效果。 Objective To analyze the curative effect of Jiangzhi Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 96 patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group took conventional drugs and health the management plan,the observation group was treated with Jiangzhi Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the difference in the application effect between the groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.83%higher than that in the control group 81.25%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.031,P<0.05);after treatment in the observation group,TG(2.02±0.34)mmol/L,TC(4.72±0.34)mmol/L and LDL-C(2.98±0.13)mmol/L were lower than those of the control group(2.38±0.36)mmol/L,(5.51±0.36)mmol/L,(3.96±0.16)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.037,11.053,32.935,P<0.001);TG difference(0.76±0.13)mmol/L,TC difference(2.13±0.24)mmol/L and LDL-C difference(1.91±0.11)mmol/L of observation group before and after treatment were all higher than control group(0.39±0.10)mmol/L,(1.36±0.21)mmol/L,(0.95±0.13)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.630,16.728,39.057,P<0.001);observation group HbA1c difference before and after treatment(2.24±0.21)%higher than(2.12±0.18)%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.006,P<0.05);NO after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.256,P<0.001);ET-1,PAI-1 after treatment in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.663,8.931,P<0.001);the difference of NO,ET-1,and PAT-1 of the observation group before and after treatment were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=25.838,23.858,23.161,P<0.001);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.25%and 16.67%in the control group was not statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=2.567,P=0.109).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia with Jiangzhi Decoction can achieve good clinical results.
