探讨改良闭口式印模法修复治疗在全口义齿修复老年患者中的应用效果

Exploring the Application Effect of Modified Closed-mouth Impression Repair Treatment in the Restoration of Complete Dentures in Elderly Patients

目的分析改良闭口式印模法运用于全口义齿修复老年患者修复治疗的应用效果。方法选取该院口腔科2016年1月—2021年2月期间进行全口义齿修复的87例老年患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组(n=44)与观察组(n=43)。参照组实施传统开口印模法修复治疗,观察组实施改良闭口式印模法修复治疗。对比两组患者治疗两个月后的义齿修复有效情况、全口义齿修复情况及不良反应发生率。结果观察组修复总有效率(97.67%)高于参照组(77.27%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.195,P=0.004);观察组义齿修复后咀嚼能力(8.83±0.66)分、义齿固位性(8.50±0.71)分、口腔舒适程度(9.30±0.54)分与语言恢复状态(9.46±0.53)分等4个方面评分均明显高于参照组(7.62±0.53)分、(7.23±0.87)分、(7.26±0.99)分、(7.34±0.57)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.439、7.450、11.893、17.956,P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应总发生率(6.98%)明显低于参照组(27.27%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.278,P=0.012)。结论将改良闭口印模法运用到老年全口义齿修复治疗中,能够获得较好的应用效果、较高的治疗安全性,能改善全口义齿修复老年患者的病症疼痛,减少了修复后疼痛的发生,提高了患者满意度,具有临床推广与实践的重要价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of the improved closed-mouth impression method applied to complete denture restoration in elderly patients.Methods 87 elderly patients who underwent complete denture restoration from January 2016 to February 2021 in the Department of Stomatology of the hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a reference group(n=44)and an observation group(n=43).The reference group received traditional open-mouth impression repair treatment,and the observation group received improved closed-mouth impression repair treatment.The effectiveness of denture restoration,the restoration of complete dentures and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients after two months of treatment.Results The total effective rate(97.67%)of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group(77.27%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.195,P=0.004);the observation group's masticatory ability after restoration(8.83±0.66)points,denture retention(8.50±0.71)points,oral comfort(9.30±0.54)points and language recovery status(9.46±0.53)points were significantly higher than the reference group(7.62±0.53)points,(7.23±0.87)points,(7.26±0.99)points,(7.34±0.57)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.439,7.450,11.893,17.956,P<0.05));the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.98%)was significantly lower than the reference group(27.27%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.278,P=0.012).Conclusion The application of the improved closed-mouth impression method to the treatment of elderly complete dentures can achieve better application effects,higher treatment safety,and can improve the pain of complete denture repair in elderly patients and reduce the pain after repair,improve patient satisfaction,and has important clinical promotion and practice values.
