摘要
利用功能标记YP7A、YP7A-2、YP7B-1、YP7B-2、YP7B-3、YP7D-1和YP7D-2对168份供试材料的Psy-A1、Psy-B1和Psy-D1位点的等位基因进行分子检测,研究黄色素含量基因在黄淮麦区小麦品种中的分布情况。结果表明:在Psy-A1位点,共检测到Psy-A1a和Psy-A1b2种等位基因,分布频率分别为76.7%和23.2%;在Psy-B1位点,共检测到Psy-B1a、Psy-B1b和Psy-B1c3种等位基因,分布频率分别为31.6%、60.1%和8.3%;在Psy-D1位点,仅检测到Psy-D1a等位基因;在Psy-A1、Psy-B1和Psy-D1位点上,共检测到6种等位基因组合,控制高黄色素含量的等位基因组合Psy-A1a/Psy-B1a/Psy-D1a和Psy-A1a/Psy-B1c/Psy-D1a分布频率合计为22.6%;控制中等黄色素含量的等位基因组合Psy-A1a/Psy-B1b/Psy-D1a、Psy-A1b/Psy-B1a/Psy-D1a和Psy-A1b/Psy-B1c/Psy-D1a分布频率合计为71.4%;控制低黄色素含量的等位基因组合Psy-A1b/Psy-B1b/Psy-D1a分布频率为6.0%。这一研究可为小麦面粉和面制品色泽遗传改良提供参考。
In order to understand the distribution of the yellow pigment content genes content locus Psy-A1,Psy-B1 and Psy-D1 in bread wheat cultivars from Huanghuai Wheat Region,this study used the functional markers YP7A,YP7A-2,YP7B-1,YP7B-2,YP7B-3,YP7D-1 and YP7D-2 in 168 bread wheat cultivars from Huanghuai Wheat Region to detect Psy-A1,Psy-B1 and Psy-D1 sites based on allelic variation analysis.The results showed that,In the Psy-A1 locus,Psy-A1a and Psy-A1b were detected with distribution frequencies of 76.7% and 23.2%,respectively;In the Psy-B1 locus,the distribution frequencies of Psy-B1a,Psy-B1b and Psy-B1c were 31.6%,60.1% and 8.3%,respectively;In the Psy-D1 locus,only the Psy-D1a allele was detected.There were six genotype combinations in the Psy-A1,Psy-B1 and Psy-D1 locus.The distribution frequencies of the allelic combinations of Psy-A1a/Psy-B1a/Psy-D1a and Psy-A1a/Psy-B1c/Psy-D1a regulating the high yellow pigment content was 22.6%in total.The distribution frequency of allelic combinations of Psy-A1a/Psy-B1b/Psy-D1a,Psy-A1b/Psy-B1a/Psy-D1a and Psy-A1b/Psy-B1c/Psy-D1a t regulating the middle yellow pigment content was 71.4%in total.The distribution frequency of the allelic combination of Psy-A1b/Psy-B1b/Psy-D1a regulating the low yellow pigment content was 6.0%.This study can provide a reference for the genetic improvement of wheat flour and flour products color.
