摘要 通过工商企业管理专业人才培养模式的改革与实践,对充分挖掘优秀毕业生的潜力并聘任为校外导师,实施特色"双导师制"人才培养模式进行总结,提出三贯通、三融入和三融合的实施策略。阐述分析了与"现代学徒制"人才培养模式的关系,并积极探索符合实际、满足需求的"现代学徒制"人才培养模式的有效路径。 Through the reform and practice of talent training mode of management professionals for industrial and commercial enterprise, this paper summarized the talent training mode of fully exploring the potential of outstanding graduates and appointing them as off-campus supervisors, and implementing the characteristic "dual-supervisor system", and put forward the implementation strategy of three masteries, three assimilations and three integrations. It expounded and analyzed the relationship with the "modern apprenticeship" talent training mode, and actively explored the effective path of "modern apprenticeship" talent training mode that meets the reality and needs.
