摘要
以碱激发胶凝材料为基料,制备了一系列掺有不同填料的碱矿渣涂料,研究了填料种类对碱矿渣涂料流变性能和粘结强度的影响。结果表明采用钛白粉(T组)作填料,其综合性能在单掺填料组中效果最好,屈服应力与塑性粘度分别为0.34Pa和0.34Pa·s,28d粘结强度为1.58 MPa。复掺填料组的综合性能优于单掺组。采用50%钛白粉与50%石英粉复掺(TS组)作填料,其性能优于其它复掺组,其屈服应力和塑性粘度分别为2.06Pa和0.65Pa·s,粘结强度28d达到1.76MPa。微观测试表明填料在碱激发胶凝体系中主要起到填充作用,对水化产物生成并无明显促进作用,但对C-S-H的致密度有一定程度影响。
A series of alkali slag coatings with different fillers were prepared using alkali activated cementitious materials as the based material,and the influence of fillers on rheological property and bond strength of alkali slag coatings were studied.The experimental results show that comprehensive performance of adding titanium dioxide(T group)is the best in the single component,the yield and plastic viscosity are 0.34 Pa and 0.34 Pa·s,respectively,and the bond strength is 1.58 MPa of 28 d.The comprehensive performance of the compound filler group is better than that of single component,and the composite group of50%titanium dioxide and 50%quartz powder(TS group)is better than the other composite groups,whose yield stress and plastic viscosity are 2.06 MPa and 0.65 Pa·s,and the bond strength is 1.76 MPa of 28 d.Microscopic testes show that fillers play a filling role in the alkali activated cementitious system and have no obvious promoting effect on the generation of hydration products,but have a certain degree of influence on the density of C-S-H.
