近年来,我国在科学技术快速发展的进程中,已经开始重点将自动化控制类型与网络信息类型的技术相互整合,能够提升现代化生产、规模化生产效率,降低劳动强度和劳动量,提升生产工艺技术的稳定性,保证所生产产品的质量与性能符合标准,尽可能减少能源的消耗数量,为企业生产做出一定的贡献。尤其是PLC技术和DCS技术相互整合的过程控制系统,二者互相集成能够促使生产效益和水平的提升。基于此,文章研究基于PLC与DCS的过程控制系统集成方案意义,提出几点设计和实施的建议,旨在为发挥先进技术的优势价值提供支持。

In recent years,in the process of rapid development of science and technology,China has begun to focus on the integration of automatic control type and network information type technology,which can improve modern production,large-scale production efficiency,reduce labor intensity and labor,and improve production technology.The stability of the product ensures that the quality and performance of the products meet the standards,minimizes the amount of energy consumption,and makes a certain contribution to the production of the enterprise.Especially the process control system that integrates PLC technology and DCS technology,the integration of the two can promote the improvement of production efficiency and level.Based on this,this paper studies the significance of the process control system integration scheme based on PLC and DCS,and puts forward several design and implementation suggestions,aiming to provide support for playing the advantage value of advanced technology.
