机械设计制造与自动化中节能设计理念的运用

摘要 科学技术的飞速发展推动了机械制造行业的进步,并且近年来我国机械设计制造领域不断加快自动化、智能化发展进程,使得设计研发周期显著缩短,机械设备生产效率明显提升。然而始终存在着能耗大的问题,不利于机械行业的可持续发展,为此需要在机械制造领域融入节能理念。文章从机械设计制造及自动化的特点入手,讨论节能设计理念的应用价值,最后提出节能设计理念在机械制造与自动化中的运用,希望对相关研究带来帮助。 The rapid development of science and technology has promoted the progress of machinery manufacturing industry.In recent years,China's machinery design and manufacturing field has continuously accelerated the development process of automation and intelligence,which has significantly shortened the design R&D cycle and significantly improved the production efficiency of mechanical equipment.However,there is always the problem of high energy consumption,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the machinery industry.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate the concept of energy conservation into the field of machinery manufacturing.Starting with the characteristics of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation,this paper discusses the application value of energy-saving design concept,and finally puts forward the application of energy-saving design concept in mechanical manufacturing and automation,hoping to bring help to relevant research.
