摘要
自动化仪表(DCS)是工业上广泛应用的一种工具,由于工业的生产环境复杂,自动化仪表经常面临在高温高压环境下作业的现象,因此,在使用过程中很有可能出现故障,严重威胁到工业生产安全。为了能够降低故障带来的危害,尽可能减少出现故障的几率,就需要深入分析故障出现的原因,做到具体问题具体应对。鉴于此,文章立足于自动化仪表(DCS)常见故障及成因,对具体的应对措施以及预防性维护方法展开如下探讨。
Automation instrumentation(DCS)is a tool widely used in industry.Due to the complex production environment of industry,automation instrumentation often faces the phenomenon of working in high temperature and high pressure environment.Therefore,it is very likely to malfunction during use.Threaten industrial production safety.In order to reduce the damage caused by the failure and minimize the probability of failure,it is necessary to analyze the cause of the failure in depth and deal with specific problems.In view of this,the article is based on the common failures and causes of automation instruments(DCS),and discusses specific countermeasures and preventive maintenance methods as follows.
