摘要
对比其他传统型的高等工科工程技术专业人才,“新工科”专业人才培养应该兼备工程理论实践创新能力强、创新能力强和国际综合竞争力的基本特点。在这样的环境之下,能源与动力工程相关专业的工作内容和要求也必然随之发生变化与调整。教学实践各个环节是推动工作人员自身学习基础理论、验证实践理论的重要环节,它对促进学生理解和巩固基础理论实践知识、提高广大员工的专业综合理论素质、培养广其自身的自主创新精神有着特殊重要意义。为了更好适应我国现代能源与动力工程专业人员改革发展的需要,进行能源与电气动力工程专业教学进行改革是大势所趋,是确保专业理论实践教学和专业实践理论教学有机紧密结合的重要必备条件。
