益肾温阳熏蒸方联合督脉灸治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症的疗效观察及临床护理

Therapeutic observation and clinical nursing of Yishen Wenyang fumigation recipe combined with governor vessel moxibustion in treating diabetic osteoporosis

目的观察益肾温阳熏蒸方联合督脉灸治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将68例糖尿病骨质疏松症患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各34例。两组患者均接受糖尿病基础治疗及健康护理。对照组给予阿伦磷酸钠片口服,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予益肾温阳熏蒸方联合督脉灸治疗。两组均治疗3个月,然后观察患者治疗前后中医证候总积分、骨密度、钙磷含量以及糖代谢、骨代谢指标的变化情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的中医证候总积分均明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组的中医证候总积分改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,两组患者的骨密度、磷含量以及糖代谢、骨代谢指标均明显改善(P<0.05),并且治疗组各项指标的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肾温阳熏蒸方联合督脉灸治疗糖尿病骨质疏松症患者,具有良好的临床疗效,并且能调节表达异常的糖代谢及骨代谢,促进骨形成,抑制骨吸收。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishen Wenyang fumigation recipe combined with Governor Vessel Moxibustion in the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis.Methods 68 diagnosed patients,according to random number table method were divided into the treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received basic diabetes treatment and health care.The control group was given alendronate sodium tablets orally,and the treatment group was given Yishen Wenyang fumigation prescription combined with governor vessel moxibustion on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months,and then the changes in TCM syndrome scores,bone density,calcium and phosphorus content,glucose metabolism and bone metabolism indexes were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the total scores of TCM syndromes(P<0.01);Bone density,phosphorus content,glucose metabolism and bone metabolism indexes were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of various indexes in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Wenyang fumigation recipe combined with Governor Vessel moxibustion has a good clinical effect on patients with diabetic osteoporosis,and can regulate abnormally expressed sugar metabolism and bone metabolism,promote bone formation,and inhibit bone resorption.
