基层医院临时整合的普通病区应对新型冠状病毒肺炎的护理管理策略

Nursing management strategies for COVID-19 in general wards temporarily integrated in primary hospitals

本院是新型冠状病毒肺炎的基层定点救治医院。因疫情原因,本院需要对部分病区进行临时整合,通过人力资源管理应急响应、防控和多专业知识培训、防护物资管理、病区消毒和隔离及护士心理健康管理等措施,全面保障了病区的安全运作。现将本院临时整合的普通病区应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的护理管理策略进行总结,以期为应对疫情和需要整合的病区管理提供参考。

Our Hospital is set as the grass-root designated hospital under the outbreak of COVID-19.The temporary integration for part of our wards are needed due to epidemic situation.We fully guarantee the safety of our wards through emergency responses for human resource management,mufti-professional knowledge training for prevention and control,protective materials management,disinfection and isolation of wards,and mental health management of nurses.Now we summarize the strategy of nursing management,the temporary integration of general areas to coping with the outbreak of COVID-19,hope to provide reference for integration-needed ward management under epidemic situation.
