新冠肺炎定点救治医院应急防护物资管理模式的探讨

Discussion on emergency protective materials management mode in designed hospitals of COVID-19

目的为保障新冠肺炎疫情期间防护物资的充足供应,探讨并实施新的定点医院管理模式。方法成立防护物资管理小组,由后勤副院长总负责;护理部和医院感染控制科的工作由科护士长负责整合和领导;将“零库存”“共享平台”“双监管”结合起来。结果本院收治67例隔离患者,其中6例疑似患者转为确诊,9例确诊病例已出院8例,剩1例即将出院。医务人员零感染、疑似患者零遗漏、确诊患者零死亡。未出现物资供给不足性短缺、结构性配置不合理及过度防护和过度暴露。本院的管理模式获得了省、市卫生健康委的好评。结论综合部署护理部与感染控制科的工作,有效地制定科学的、可行的防护级别等并指导临床;由科护士长负责防护物资的协调与调配,“零库存”与“共享平台”“双监督”相结合管理,减少了分散库存造成的物资积压与浪费,确保了有限物资的高效及时供给。

Objective To ensure adequate supply of protective materials during the period of COVID-19,a new management mode for designated hospital is adopted and discussed.Methods A task force for protective materials management is set up and leaded under the responsibility of the logistic associate dean;the work of nursing department and hospital infection-control department is integrated and leaded under the responsibility of the director of nursing;The management of"Zero inventory","shared platform"and"dual supervision"is combined.Results 67 persons have been isolated in our hospital,6 of the suspected cases have been confirmed;There are no infections among the medical staff,no omissions in suspected patients,and no deaths in confirmed patients,while 8 cases have been cured and discharged and 1 case is about to be discharged for the total 9 confirmed cases.There are no shortages of supplies and irrational structural allocations as well as no overprotection and overexposure for medical personnel.Our hospital′s management mode is praised by the provincial and municipal health commissions.Conclusion By comprehensive arranging the work of nursing and infection-control department,the integrated task force of has efficiently made scientific and operable protection level and guides the clinic management.The head nurse of unite departments is responsible for coordination and deployment of protective materials.The combination management of"Zero inventory","shared platform"and"dual supervision"reduces backlog and waste caused by scattered inventory,thus ensures efficient and timely supply of limited supplies for clinical use.
