热区防护服热湿舒适性人体功效评价

Effect on Thermal and Moisture Comfort of Protective Clothing in Tropical Area

摘要 基于服装热湿舒适性能,在人工气候舱内模拟辐射环境,评价穿着热区防护服作业时人体的生理变化情况和着装感受。通过人工气候舱人体着穿实验,从耳膜温度、心率、皮肤表面温度、衣下微环境相对湿度以及人体主观感觉5个方面,对比站立和行走2个阶段中穿着具热区防护服装时人体的生理变化情况和着装感受。穿着防护服进行站立和行走时,耳膜温度均为36.24℃,心率处于85~108 bpm范围,处于人体正常生理范围内;8个部位衣下微环境相对湿度在运动过程中变化平缓,与实验环境相对湿度保持一致;人体主观热感觉、湿感觉、闷感觉不明显,舒适感觉良好。在太阳辐射环境下,穿着热区防护服进行站立和行走,人体的生理变化正常,着装舒适感良好。 Objective Based on the thermal and moisturecomfort of clothing,the physiological changes and dress feelings of the human body when wearing protective clothing in tropical area were evaluated under the simulated radiation environment in an artificial climate chamber.Methods The physiological changes and dress feelings of the human body wearing protective clothing in tropical area were compared under the standing and walking phases in terms of five the aspects of eardrum temperature,heart rate,skin surface temperature,relative humidity under the clothes,and human subjective feeling.Results When wearing protective clothing for standing and walking,the temperature of the eardrum was36.24℃,and the heart rate was in the range of 85-108 bpm which was within the normal physiological range of the human body.The relative humidity of the under-cloth microenvironment of the eight body parts changed smoothly during the moving phase,and went consistently with the relative humidity in the experimental environment.The subjective feelings were good,without obvious feelings of hot,wet and sultry.Conclusions In the solar radiation environment,the physiological changes of human body are normal when standing and walking wearing protective clothing in tropical area and people feel good.
