在所有罪犯中,老病残罪犯是比较特殊的存在,其改造生活以及回归社会工作的难度,远高于普通罪犯。正因如此,以监狱为主导,多种社会力量为辅的社会治理才大有用武之地,需要多措并举协同发力,联合整个社会的力量对老病残犯的改造和回归工作进行强化和提升。

Among all criminals, the old, sick and disabled criminals are quite special, but they can’t be ignored or abandoned.The difficulty of reforming life and returning to society for this special existence is much higher than that of ordinary criminals, because from a certain point of view, such criminals themselves are a burden to society and families.For this reason, social governance dominated by prisons and supplemented by various social forces can be of great use.It is necessary to take multiple measures and make concerted efforts to strengthen and promote the reform and return of the old, sick and disabled prisoners by uniting the forces of the whole society.
