摘要
以西鄂尔多斯自然保护区内具有代表性的荒漠灌木沙冬青为研究对象,通过测定沙冬青的氢氧稳定同位素及叶片功能性状特征,研究植物对环境的适应以及环境对植物的影响。研究结果表明:(1)研究区沙冬青单个叶片干重0.095±0.004 g,叶面积2.953±0.102 cm^(2),比叶重0.033±0.002 g·cm^(-2),比叶面积31.183±2.189 cm^(2)·g^(-1),叶片含水量48.944%±2.482%。叶干重与比叶面积呈极显著负相关,与叶面积、比叶重呈显著正相关。叶面积与株高、比叶面积呈极显著正相关,与比叶重呈极显著负相关。比叶重与叶干重呈显著正相关,与叶面积、比叶面积呈极显著负相关。比叶面积与叶面积呈极显著正相关,与叶干重、比叶重呈极显著负相关。叶片含水量与株高呈显著负相关;(2)研究区域内,沙冬青灌丛主要利用40~60 cm范围内的土壤水分,该层对沙冬青的平均贡献率为31.73%。
Taking Amopiptanthus mongolicus,a representative desert shrub in West Ordos Nature Reserves,as the research object,the hydrogen and oxygen stable isotopes and the leaf functional characteristics of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus were measured to reflect the adaptation of plant to environment and the influence of environment on plant.The results showed:(1)In the study area,the single leaf dry weight of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus was 0.095±0.004 g,the leaf area was 2.953±0.102 cm^(2),the specific leaf weight was 0.033±0.002 g·cm^(-2),the specific leaf area was 31.183±2.189 cm^(2)·g^(-1),and the leaf water content was 48.944%±2.482%.Leaf dry weight was extremely negatively correlated with specific leaf area,it was significantly positively correlated with leaf area and specific leaf weight.Leaf area was extremely significantly positively correlated with plant height and specific leaf area,it was extremely significantly negatively correlated with specific leaf weight.Specific leaf weight was significantly positively correlated with leaf dry weight,and it was extremely significantly negatively correlated with leaf area and specific leaf area.The specific leaf area was extremely significantly positively correlated with leaf area,it was extremely significantly negatively correlated with leaf dry weight and specific leaf weight.Leaf water content was significantly negatively correlated with plant height.(2)In the study area,the soil moisture within the range of 40-60 cm was mainly used for Ammopiptanthus mongolicus shrubs,and the average contribution rate to Ammopiptanthus mongolicus of this layer was 31.73%.
