摘要
动态血糖监测(CGM)技术迅速发展,已成为DM管理的重要方法。规范合理应用CGM系统可明显降低DM患者HbA_(1)c水平,减少血糖波动及低血糖风险,提高血糖控制效果和生活质量,对改善DM患者预后意义重大。本文对CGM技术与临床研究进展进行综述。
With the rapid development of continuous glucose monitoring(CGM)technology,it has become an important method of diabetes mellitus(DM)management.Standardized and reasonable application of CGM system can significantly reduce HbA_(1)c level,reduce blood glucose fluctuation and hypoglycemia risk,improve blood glucose control effect and quality of life,which is of great significance to improve the prognosis of DM patients.This paper reviews the progress of dynamic blood glucose monitoring technology and clinical research.
