摘要
DKD是DM重要的微血管并发症之一,也是终末期肾病的主要原因。TGF-β是一种存在于慢性肾脏病中的促纤维化生长因子,可调节多种病理过程,其通过Smad信号通路诱导肾细胞产生细胞外基质,促进肾脏纤维化,导致肾小球硬化和肾小管间质纤维化。靶向TGF-β抗纤维化对DKD有益。本文从抑制这些信号通路及其相关因子出发,为防治DKD提供新途径。
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the important microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus and the main cause of end-stage renal disease.Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)is a pro-fibrotic growth factor existing in chronic renal disease,which can regulate a variety of pathological processes.TGF-βcan induce renal cells through the Smad signaling pathway,produce extracellular matrix,promote renal fibrosis,and lead to glomerular sclerosis and renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis.Various studies have shown the beneficial effect of targeting TGF-β against fibrosis in DKD.Therefore,inhibition of these signaling pathways and their related factors may provide a new way for the prevention and treatment of DKD.
