摘要
DKD是DM常见微血管并发症,由于长期高血糖及高胰岛素血症,机体处于血栓前状态,易伴发肾小球微血栓(GMT)形成。炎症信号通路和炎症因子参与GMT形成,引起微循环障碍,加速肾小球硬化,加重肾脏损伤。本文对DKD引起的GMT与炎症相关性研究进展进行综述。
Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is a common microvascular complication of DM.Due to long-term hyperglycemia and hyperinsulinemia,the body is in a prethrombotic state and is prone to glomerular microthrombus(GMT).Inflammatory signaling pathways and inflammatory factors participate in the formation of GMT,cause microcirculation disorder,accelerate glomerulosclerosis and aggravate renal injury.This paper reviews the research progress on the correlation between GMT and inflammation in the process of DKD.
