摘要
针对目前高速发展的海上风电产业和落后的运维管理模式之间的矛盾,根据海上风电机组所处的特殊环境,利用“互联网+”思维,构建运维数据中心,研究运维全过程管理、大数据挖掘及运维优化、设备故障预警及专家诊断、运维及策略评估等技术,开发了海上风电场运维一体化平台,并在现场运维中得到了应用。通过平台,运维人员统一负责设备运行和维护工作,实现了“设备+人+数据+环境+安全”五位一体的有机融合,有效提升了海上风电场运营效率与收益水平。
Aiming at the current difficult problem between rapid development of offshore wind power and backward operation management model,and according to the special environment of offshore wind turbines,the idea of"Internet accelerated speed"is used to build operation DC.Technologies such as whole process management of operation and maintenance,big data mining and operation and maintenance optimization,equipment fault early warning and expert diagnosis,operation and maintenance and strategy evaluation are studied.Offshore wind farm operation and maintenance integrated platform is developed and applied in field operation and maintenance.Operators carry out equipment operation and maintenance through the platform.The integration of machines and humans and data and environment and safety are realized,which effectively improve the operational efficiency and income level of offshore wind farms.
