党的十八大以来中国浦东干部学院干部教育培训工作情况分析

Analysis of CELAP Leadership Education since the 18th National Congress of CPC

党的十八大以来,中国浦东干部学院坚持党校姓党根本原则,积极探索干部教育培训新理念、新途径、新方法,突出理论教育、党性教育,强化专业化能力培训,坚持问题导向、需求导向,开门办学、开放办学,积极创新教学方式方法,严以治院、严以治教、严以治学,教学培训质量不断提高,充分发挥了干部教育培训主渠道、主阵地作用。下一步,中国浦东干部学院将全力打造“一个统领、三个支撑”特色课程体系,持续推进理论教育、党性教育与专业化能力培训“三育”融合,进一步提升专业化能力培训的针对性、有效性,完善教学制度体系和管理体制,用好新技术、新手段,推动教学方式方法创新。

Since the 18th National Congress of CPC,China Executive Leadership Academy Pudong(CELAP)has continued to uphold the basic principle of party school upholding the banner of the Party,actively explored and innovated new ideas,ways and methods of leadership education,prioritized theoretical education and Party spirit education,strengthened capacity education,insisted on open education and the orientation of problem and demand,managed the school especially its teaching and learning with discipline,improved training quality and played a full role of the main channel and main front of leadership education.CELAP will try its best to develop the training curriculum system of“one unity,three supports”with its characteristics,continue to integrate theoretical education,Party spirit education and capacity education,further improve the pertinence and effectiveness of capacity education,enhance teaching and management systems,and innovate teaching methods by new technology.
