Preparation of two-component waterborne solid color paint without clear coat

合成一种含亚氨基与羟基的水性丙烯酸聚氨酯分散体A-005作为主要成膜物质,并对水性助剂、水性固化剂进行研究,制备出一种双组分水性本色面漆。它具有挥发性有机物(VOC)含量低、干燥快速的特点,各项性能达到汽车行业使用要求,能有效替代目前使用的双组分溶剂型本色面漆。

An aqueous polyurethane dispersion A-005 containing imino and hydroxyl groups was synthesized and then used as the main film-forming material to prepare a two-component water-based solid color paint without clear coat by selecting some suitable water-based auxiliary agents and curing agent.The paint features low VOC(volatile organic compound)content,quick drying speed,and favorable performance required by the automotive industry.It is a promising alternative to the two-component solvent-based solid color paints without clear coat.
