摘要
先以桐油为原料制备了桐油酸甲酯,并通过原位聚合法制备了脲醛树脂/桐油酸甲酯微胶囊。工艺研究的结果表明,以桐油酸甲酯为芯材,脲醛树脂为壁材,十二烷基磺酸钠为乳化剂,当芯壁质量比为1.5∶1,搅拌速率为600 r/min时,制备的微胶囊近似球形,包覆率为84.5%,具有良好的热稳定性。将该脲醛树脂/桐油酸甲酯微胶囊加入到桐油中可以制备出有一定自修复性能的涂层,有望应用于汽车修补领域。
Methyl eleostearate was prepared from tung oil,and then used to synthesize urea-formaldehyde resin/methyl eleostearate microcapsules by in-situ polymerization.The study on preparation conditions showed that the microcapsules prepared with methyl eleostearate as core material,urea-formaldehyde resin as wall material,and sodium dodecyl sulfonate as emulsifier at a core-to-wall mass ratio of 1.5:1 and a stirring rate of 600 r/min were approximately spherical with an encapsulation efficiency of 84.5% and good thermal stability.The coating prepared by adding the urea-formaldehyde resin/methyl eleostearate microcapsule to tung oil showed a certain self-healing performance and could be expected to be applied in the automotive repair industry.
