摘要
在现代造船模式的实施过程中,常常会出现因管系加工精度差而返工的现象,严重影响生产效率和造船周期,因此提高管系加工精度是各船厂期待改善的技术问题。本文以39000 DWT散货船为案例,介绍一种船舶管系精度控制的有效方法,其主要内容是:针对船舶自身特点,确定管子安装基准及辅助线,对合拢管余量、布置进行优化,将三维摄影测量技术运用于合拢管制作所需的数据采集,以此输入计算机进行三维建模,并生成加工零件图。
In the implementation of modern shipbuilding model,rework often occurs due to poor processing accuracy of piping,which seriously affects production efficiency and production cycle.Improving the processing accuracy of piping is a technical problem that shipyards expect to improve.Taking the 39000 DWT bulk carrier as an example,this paper briefly introduces an effective method for precision control of ship piping.The main contents are as follows:According to the characteristics of the ship,the pipe installation datum and auxiliary line are determined,the allowance and layout of the closed pipe are optimized,3d photogrammetry technology is applied to data acquisition for the closed control,the data are input into the computer for 3D modeling,and the processing parts drawing is generated.
